Amanda Zablocki has experience in representing clients during all stages of the litigation process in business and commercial disputes involving breach of contract claims, fiduciary obligations, intellectual property, consumer fraud, and statutory claims, among others. Ms. Zablocki counsels clients on legal and practical matters relating to potential claims, defenses, and/or counterclaims, and electronic discovery, and has represented clients in federal and state courts, as well as in litigation matters relating to bankruptcy proceedings.
