Boris I. Mankovetskiy is a Member of the Firm’s Creditors’ Rights/Bankruptcy Reorganization Practice Group. He has represented secured creditors, banks, insurance companies and investment funds in New Jersey and a variety of jurisdictions across the United States. Mr. Mankovetskiy has been involved in many complex Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases in a number of industries including: telecommunications, real estate, retail, health care, manufacturing, supermarkets, securities, transportation and construction. In addition to Mr. Mankovetskiy’s bankruptcy experience, he represents secured creditors in work-out transactions and significant commercial litigation in federal and state courts.
Mr. Mankovetskiy was identified as one of “New Jersey’s Rising Stars” in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 by New Jersey Super Lawyers® published by Thompson Reuters under Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights.
He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Montclair State University in 1998 and his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall Law School in 2001. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the District of Columbia.
