As a part of her practice, she helps clients navigate and maintain compliance with state, federal, and international data privacy and security laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, GLBA, HIPAA, and other similar frameworks. Briana also helps clients respond to data security incidents and assists them with the development of privacy policies, across a variety of industries.
