He is an experienced lawyer advising and acting for a broad range of clients including insolvency professionals, large corporations, private lenders, directors, shareholders, creditors and high-net-worth individuals in relation to general commercial disputes, front-end and back-end corporate insolvency matters, bankruptcies, PPS Act issues, securities enforcement and debt recovery.
