Cassidy Nolan is an associate in Cadwalader's Capital Markets Group. She represents investment banks and other institutional lenders in secured commercial lending transactions, CLOs and other asset-backed securitizations.
Cassidy received her J.D. from the Duke University School of Law and her B.S. in Mathematics, with honors, from Miami University (OH).
She is admitted to practice in North Carolina.
