  • Ms. Bick devotes her practice primarily to commercial and business litigation matters. She represents individuals and entities in the business community on all manner of disputes and stages of litigation, as well as in alternative dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration. Ms. Bick counsels and represents clients involved in contract and corporate disputes, business tort claims, insurance disputes and other general business matters. She has experience representing and counseling developers, contractors and other members of the construction community in all manner of disputes, claims and litigation relating to construction. Her representation has included the defense and prosecution of consumer fraud claims in the residential construction context.

    Ms. Bick’s practice also involves providing representation in the defense of professionals in liability claims, including lawyers and accountants.
