Mr. Dale, a partner in K&L Gates' Boston office, concentrates his practice on matters of bankruptcy and insolvency.  He has extensive experience representing troubled companies, equity investors, creditor committees, secured and unsecured lenders, trustees and receivers in connection with out-of-court restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings, and receiverships. He also frequently represents purchasers of financially distressed businesses both in and out of court.
