Clare Pollard is a lawyer in our Pensions practice based in our London office. She qualified as a solicitor in 2010, following completion of a training contract with the firm.

As a member of the Pensions practice group, Clare has had experience of a wide variety of pension plans, advising both individual trustees and corporate trustees, as well as employers. This encompasses advice on topical areas of pensions law, queries relating to individual members of the pensions plan, scheme documentation work, and advice in relation to events specific to particular pensions plans, such as closures, mergers and buy-outs with insurance companies. She also has experience of submitting appeals in relation to the annual levies issued by the Pension Protection Fund.
