Constance’s practice focuses on corporate and financings, including with respect to real estate and portfolio acquisitions and sales.

In addition to her corporate practice, Constance helps private companies understand and mitigate risk as they launch new services and expand into new markets.

Constance is a thoughtful and creative attorney with an international background. Constance is committed to public service and pro bono initiatives.

Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff full-time, Constance was a summer associate at the firm, where she assisted partners with drafting of client memos, case law research, and drafting of Certificates of Conversions. While in law school, Constance served as associate editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.
