Dhivya is a lawyer in the corporate group in Sydney focusing on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and funds management.

Dhivya has also completed pro bono secondments at Western Sydney Community Legal Centre and Marrickville Legal Centre providing assistance to incarcerated women, indigenous communities and people experiencing social and economic disadvantage.
