Dipa Rapole is an Associate and member of Stark & Stark’s Business & Corporate and Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use groups. Ms. Rapole handles a wide range of matters for the real estate industry, including commercial transactions, leasing, condominium and homeowner association formation, and representation of developers and landowners in land use applications.

Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Ms. Rapole practiced law at another New Jersey law firm handling a wide-range of commercial real estate matters.
