Donald Works is Office Managing Principal of the Orlando, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Mr. Works defends employers in connection with discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims and wage and hour collective actions.
As a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), he also works closely with in house counsel and human resource professionals to conduct HR audits, develop employment agreements and implement personnel policies. Mr. Works has also earned the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation.
