Elliott Joh has extensive experience in defending a diverse array of clients in commercial and class action litigation, including cases involving products liability, contract disputes, California Business and Professions Code Section 17200, consumer fraud and other matters. His experience extends to all aspects of litigation, including pre-answer motions, discovery, motions for summary judgment and motions for class certification.

Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs, Elliott defended individuals and corporations in civil and criminal litigation.
