Farrah Rifelj is a partner and member of the firm’s Employment Relations practice group focusing on employment litigation. She has experience handling a variety of different employment related topics such as wage and hour law, family and medical leave laws, employment contracts, noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements, unemployment compensation, disability accommodation, harassment and various types of discrimination. She has experience litigating discrimination, family and medical leave, noncompetition and dealership issues in state and federal courts. She also has substantial experience practicing before administrative agencies.
