Frederic L. Ragucci is a partner in the Private Credit Group and member of the Corporate Department. Fred's practice primarily involves finance transactions, including asset-based financings, acquisition financings, debtor-in-possession financings, subordinated debt financings, private placements and public offerings of debt securities, restructurings and workouts.

Fred is a member of the Association of Commercial Finance, the Turnaround Management Association and the American Bar Association. He earned his B.S., with high distinction, from Pennsylvania State University in 1979, and his J.D., cum laude, from Duquesne University School of Law in 1982.
