Professional Biography

Greer Griffith focuses her practice on investigations, white-collar defense, and complex commercial litigation.

Greer co-leads the Firm’s Sexual Assault & Abuse Investigations Group+ (SAAIG+). This team specializes in handling all aspects of investigations and litigation involving allegations of sexual assault, abuse, and misconduct. Greer has a proven track record of success, including a recent series of victories in which her clients were dismissed from New York Child Victims Act cases early in the proceedings. She is an expert on the evolving revival legislation across the country that provide limited periods for sexual abuse survivors to file otherwise time-barred civil claims, including the New York Child Victims Act and Adult Survivors Act. Greer is skilled at managing crises, protecting her clients’ reputations, and approaching sexual misconduct cases with care and sensitivity—making her a trusted advisor to clients navigating these matters.

Greer’s practice also is focused on representing clients in the healthcare industry. She has extensive experience representing clients in civil and criminal government enforcement matters and related litigation. Greer regularly conducts internal investigations to help clients detect and address problems before they result in formal government inquiries or litigations. She also counsels clients on compliance issues and works with them to develop and implement compliance programs.

Greer is the New York Summer Associate Program Chair and serves on the Firm’s Gender Diversity Committee. She maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes being part of a team that conducted an independent investigation of a deadly COVID-19 outbreak at a veterans’ home in Massachusetts. Greer also is accredited by the US Department of Veterans Affairs and represents military veterans in connection with VA disability claims and appeals.
