Gregory Shapiro's practice has focused on medical malpractice defense since 2011, primarily as defense counsel for the physicians in a large, well-known New York hospital. Previously, his practice consisted of general liability, defending slip/trip and fall actions, auto accidents and labor law matters for national insurance carriers.
After growing up in a diverse suburb, Greg attended law school in New York City, which introduced him to urban perspectives, a combination that has served him well. Greg works diligently to keep the assigned partner on each case up to date and clearly relates material facts and issues to the client while complying with client guidelines and developing a broad-based defense strategy.
