Irina N. Kashcheyeva is a senior counsel and business litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Her practice focuses on consumer financial services and other types of consumer protection litigation, class action defense, product liability, breach of contract and business torts litigation, appeals, and False Claims Act litigation. Her experience includes representing clients in healthcare, financial services, automotive and education industries in federal and state courts, first-chairing dozens of arbitration hearings, second-chairing a state-court trial, and assisting with a $30 million arbitration in the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
