He advises organizations during the start-up process and throughout their entire life cycle, as well as individuals and for-profit entities that collaborate with these organizations. Jacob helps charitable organizations, family offices, and individuals navigate the complex laws governing exempt organizations, manage their day-to-day operational needs, and plan for strategic change and organizational growth.
