Jessica Pinto assists in the representation of employers in employment law and workplace human resource matters.

Jess served as a summer associate for Robinson+Cole, where she conducted research, observed hearings, and drafted memoranda and pleadings. Before joining the firm, Jess was a legal intern for the Office of the Attorney General, Western Massachusetts Division in Springfield, Massachusetts, where she was responsible for reviewing complaints and bodycam footage, as well as observing depositions and hearings. Additionally, she served as a judicial intern for the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Western Division Housing Court, both based in Springfield, Massachusetts. Her earliest experience in the legal industry was as a legal intern for a small boutique law firm in Ludlow, Massachusetts, where she assisted in the drafting of documents related to landlord-tenant law matters including eviction notices, closing documents, among others.
