Alice focuses her practice on securities law reporting and disclosure, corporate governance, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, and general corporate law. 

Alice advises clients on ongoing reporting, disclosure, and compliance requirements under US securities laws and Nasdaq and NYSE rules. She also represents clients in public and private capital market transactions.
