Joel Thielen is an Associate at Vedder Price and a member of the Global Transportation Finance group in the firm’s Chicago office.

He focuses his practice on aircraft and railcar finance. In 2019, Mr. Thielen was recommended by the Legal 500 United States guide in the 'Transport: Rail and Road - Finance' category.

While in law school, Mr. Thielen served as Executive Editor for the DePaul Business & Commercial Law Journal.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Thielen worked as a financial analyst for a Fortune 500 company.
