Jack Bycraft is a shareholder at Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Equipment Finance Group. He has broad-based experience in representing borrowers, lenders, lessors, lessees and equity investors in structured finance transactions involving a wide range of collateral. His experience includes representing borrowers and lenders in bankruptcy-remote loan structures relating to portfolios of rolling stock and commercial aircraft. He has represented equity investors, private placement lenders and lessees in U.S. and cross-border leveraged and single investor lease financings involving rolling stock, aircraft, telecommunications equipment and other machinery and equipment. Mr. Bycraft also has significant experience in a variety of other loan and lease structures.
