This background allows him to see things from the client’s perspective and to craft transactions that resolve issues that threaten an organization’s ability to achieve its business goals. Joe has broad experience representing clients in a wide range of matters, including:

• Drafting and negotiating technology agreements, including master software and services agreements (MSSA), professional services agreements, Software as a Service (SaaS) agreements, maintenance and support agreements, and end user license agreements (EULAs)

• Negotiating business associate agreements (BAA) from both the covered entity and business associate perspectives

• Drafting and negotiating intellectual property rights licensing agreements
