Joseph W. Gable, Jr. is an Associate and member of the Accident & Personal Injury Group in the Marlton, New Jersey office. Mr. Gable represents individuals that have been catastrophically injured or killed due to the negligence of others.

Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Mr. Gable practiced at a firm in Bucks County, PA, where he represented individuals and businesses in commercial transactions and litigation disputes. Prior to that, Mr. Gable served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Chris R. Wogan in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas in the Criminal Division.

Mr. Gable was born and raised in Philadelphia. He graduated from Holy Family University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry. Mr. Gable received his law degree from Temple University. During his time at Temple, he was an editor of the Temple Law Review. Mr. Gable is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Gable currently resides in Penndel, Pennsylvania with his wife, Megan, their son, Joey, and daughter, Eleanor. His interests include cheering on the Phillies, Flyers, and Eagles, golf, and bowling.
