Joseph Gambino is a special counsel in Cadwalader’s Capital Markets Group. His primary practice focuses on representing underwriters of CLOs backed by pools of broadly-syndicated and middle market loans and structured credit vehicles backed by corporate bonds and other credit products. Joe’s practice also involves representing commercial banks in structuring securitization finance facilities, organizing onshore and offshore investment vehicles and developing, negotiating and documenting a wide variety of financial products.
