Joseph R. Fullenkamp is a partner in the South Bend office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP. His practice covers a wide range of areas, including product liability defense, construction litigation, transportation law, insurance coverage issues and class action defense. He has experience in virtually all phases of litigation, including discovery, pre-trial motions, trial work, and appellate work in the Indiana Supreme Court and the Indiana Court of Appeals.

Mr. Fullenkamp is a fellow in the Indiana Bar Foundation, a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, secretary of the St. Joseph County Bar Foundation and a former president of the St. Joseph County Bar Association. He is the past chair of the St. Joseph County Bar Association's Bench & Bar Committee and the Judicial Survey Committee. He has coached teams in the Indiana State High School Mock Trial Competition and is a past member of the board of directors for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of St. Joseph County, Inc. He served as president of Habitat for Humanity for St. Joseph County and has been active in various other civic and fund-raising activities.
