Kasey Lekander is a partner in the firm’s Boston office. She is a member of the asset management and investment funds practice group. Kasey’s clients include a broad array of private funds including private equity, venture capital, hedge funds and funds of funds. Kasey advises these private fund clients and their sponsors on all aspects of fund formation, general partner and management company matters, including follow-on investments and co-investments. Additionally, she negotiates partnership agreements and side letters with limited partners. Kasey also works with 40 Act clients on various regulatory issues. She also assists clients with respect to sales and acquisitions of investment advisers and fund families.
