Kelsey is a health policy analyst specializing in Medicare payment and regulatory issues.

As a policy consultant, Kelsey works with clients on issues relating to Medicare physician payment, coding and quality issues.  She assists clients through the CPT^® Editorial Panel and RVS Update Committee (RUC) processes. She analyzes quantitative data to assess the impact of Medicare reimbursement policies on client priorities  and routinely monitors pertinent Agency activities  related to the Medicare Quality Payment Program, CMS Innovation Center, and other quality/innovation initiatives.
