Prior to becoming a lawyer Lauren managed contract manufacturing relationships in the medical equipment and bio tech industries. This real-life experience in business organizations gives her valuable insight into the day-to-day challenges facing her clients. Her ability to appreciate the context for employment disputes and organizational challenges enable her to more efficiently identify key issues and to work with clients to develop appropriate strategies. Lauren has used these skills to litigate a variety of matters from employment discrimination claims, to breach of contract and breach of fiduciary litigation claims and to counsel her clients on other employment-related matters.

Lauren's practice is primarily divided between employment litigation and employment-based immigration. In her employment law practice, Lauren has tried cases to victory in both state and federal court. She has extensive experience in motion practice and managing all facets of the discovery process, including the taking and defending of depositions. She has also represented clients in multiple mediations, all of which have led to successful settlements.
