Laurence is an associate in the Finance Group in Cadwalader’s London office.

Laurence focuses on fund finance and acts for lenders and borrowers on a variety of products, including capital call lines, NAV facilities, hybrids and GP support facilities. His experience covers bilateral and syndicated financings for a number of fund-types, as well as structures involving ultra-high net worth individuals.

Prior to joining Cadwalader, Laurence worked in the banking team of an international law firm where he gained experience acting on leveraged acquisitions, real estate financings, margin loans and general corporate banking facilities for listed entities.

Laurence is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
