Mr. Hickey has experience advising clients in the areas of IP enforcement and litigation, trademark registration, IP commercialization, marketing law and breach of confidence claims. 

In addition to his over eight years of private practice experience, Mr. Hickey has served as internal legal counsel for top-5 global food company Kraft Heinz where he oversaw major IP and marketing law projects and litigation spanning Australia, New Zealand, China and South East Asia. 

Mr. Hickey has conducted litigation at trial and appellate levels in the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria. 

Mr. Hickey has particular industry expertise in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and food and beverages industries.
