Linda Igarashi is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group in the firm's Orange County office and is a member of the firm's Healthcare Team.

Ms. Igarashi focuses her practice on general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, public offerings and general corporate governance, primarily in the healthcare and life sciences industries. She regularly assists clients with transactional matters including acquiring or investing in physician practices, medical groups, healthcare management service companies and surgery centers.
