Louise focuses her practice on trademark law. She handles all aspects of selection and protection, including domestic and international clearance, prosecution, maintenance, licensing, due diligence, policing, litigation, and enforcement, including opposition and cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Louise also works in the area of copyright law and is experienced with internet issues, including domain-name disputes and arbitration proceedings under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).

Louise has experience in the healthcare and research field, having worked in the Intellectual Property Department at Abbot, a global healthcare and research company, before entering law school.
