Margherita assists on a variety of complex litigation matters. Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Margherita worked on a variety of high-stakes commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters at a global law firm.   Margherita’s commercial litigation experience includes conducting legal research and preparing memoranda on numerous topics, including civil RICO claims, assisting with hearing and deposition prep, managing discovery, and drafting memoranda of law. Margherita also has extensive bankruptcy litigation experience, and worked on multiple complex chapter 11 cases with an emphasis on representing creditors’ committees.  In connection with those representations, Margherita has conducted legal research and prepared memoranda on numerous topics, including intentional and constructive fraudulent transfer, assisted with hearing and deposition prep, drafted claims objections, and conducted an investigation of potential estate claims.
