Mealear Tauch provides support for the firm's hydropower practice by assisting with the preparation of license and permit applications and motions and pleadings before the FERC and federal courts of appeal. In addition to monitoring court dockets and the FERC e-library for activity, she assists in the preparation of tariff filings with FERC in compliance with Order No. 714. She also conducts legal research and checks blue book citations for filings and memoranda.
