  • Michael B. Goldsmith is a Member of the Sills Cummis & Gross Corporate Practice Group and is resident and Co-Managing Partner in the Firm’s New York office. He is also the Chair of the Firm's Fashion, Apparel and Textile group.

    Before joining Sills Cummis & Gross, Mr. Goldsmith was a founder and the managing member of the firm of Silverberg Stonehill Goldsmith & Haber, P.C.

    Mr. Goldsmith has a diverse corporate practice which is international in scope. He counsels individual, corporate and institutional clients in a wide range of business-related matters ranging from general corporate and commercial work to mergers and acquisitions, licensing, financings, start-ups and insolvency work. He also represents banks, factors and retail clients, both in transactional matters and workouts.
