Michael J. Maimone is an experienced corporate lawyer and litigator who counsels clients on a broad range of matters. His practice includes hostile acquisitions, going-private transactions, corporate restructurings, mergers and other negotiated transactions, and proxy contests. Michael represents clients in litigation involving mergers and acquisitions, class and derivative actions, and general corporate law issues. He also counsels investment banking and private equity firms in corporate matters.
Michael is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Tulane Law School and teaches advanced corporate law. Michael was also the law clerk for Justice Henry R. Horsey of the Delaware Supreme Court.
