Mike assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, complex commercial transactions, and other corporate legal needs.

Mike acts as outside general counsel to companies across a number of industries, including sports, food and beverage and hospitality, providing guidance on various matters including M&A transactions, corporate governance and commercial and licensing arrangements.

Life Beyond the Law

Outside of work, Mike enjoys playing piano and guitar, exploring the D.C. food scene and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes.
