Mike Shaffer has extensive experience in commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions, representing a wide range of clients. He has represented issuers and underwriters in both public and private (144A) offerings of CMBS.  Additionally, he has represented trustees, master servicers and securities administrators in connection with securitization transactions in the single-family rental, CMBS, residential mortgage-backed security (RMBS) and collateral loan obligation (CLO) deal spaces.
