Nathan Fish serves as counsel in the firm's Dallas office, where he is a member of the Health Care and FDA practice group. Nathan's practice focuses on representation of health care clients, including hospitals, home health agencies, pharmacies, laboratories, durable medical equipment suppliers, IDTFs, telemedicine providers, physician practices, management services organizations, telemedicine providers, fertility clinics, behavioral health and substance abuse providers, skilled nursing facilities, long term care facilities, group purchasing organizations, and drug and device manufacturers. He counsels clients on complex healthcare regulatory, transactional, and enforcement matters involving federal and state health care regulatory issues, including fraud and abuse, compliance, Medicare and Medicaid participation and reimbursement requirements, transparency reporting, state licensure, and the corporate practice of medicine. Nathan is Board Certified in Health Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
