Nayan Karanth is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Century City office.
Nayan graduated from University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where he participated in the Documentary Film Legal Clinic and earned specializations in Taxation Law and Media, Entertainment, Technology and Sports Law and Policy. During law school, Nayan interned for WEBTOON and Sheppard Mullin.
Prior to law school, Nayan worked as an accountant in the tax department of The Walt Disney Company. Nayan is also a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia.
