Nick Lubenow is a member of the Business Practice Group. He focuses his practice on business and transactional matters including contracting, corporate governance, business structuring and succession planning. Nick grew up watching his father operate and grow a closely-held business and uses this experience to assist clients. In addition, Nick enjoys working with manufacturers and transportation companies, where he can utilize his studies in Operations and Supply Chain Management.

Prior to joining von Briesen, Nick served as a term law clerk for the Hon. William C. Griesbach of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Nick draws on this valuable experience to assist clients at various stages of litigation.
