Nicole J. Ettlinger is a third year law student at The University at Buffalo Law School, State University of New York. She is an editor on the Buffalo Law Review, a member and fellowship recipient with the Buffalo Public Interest Law Program, and former managing editor for the Intellectual Property Law Journal. Ms. Ettlinger is currently a member of the William & Mary Foster Elder Law Clinic where she has submitted briefs and petitions to the district court in the Western District of New York on behalf of disadvantaged elderly clients who need assistance with their healthcare planning and costs.
