Nikolas S. Dean is an associate in the Orlando, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on employment litigation and representing employers in federal and state courts, as well as in various administrative proceedings. 

With a solid understanding of the issues and trends impacting client’s businesses, Nikolas also provides clients with preventive advice and counseling regarding employer policies and compliance with a vast network of federal and state workplace laws. 

Nikolas is a member of the Privacy Litigation team defending clients against claims, including class actions, concerning the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act), the FTSA (Florida Telephone Solicitation Act), and other federal and state laws.
