Paolo Del Val is an associate in the Financial Services Group in Cadwalader’s London office.

Paolo’s practice involves advising sponsors and investment managers in respect of the structuring, formation and promotion of investment funds across a wide range of asset classes, including real estate, private equity, emerging markets and infrastructure. Paolo also advises institutional investors, including development finance institutions, in respect of their investment in investment funds.

Paolo obtained his LLB from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and completed his LPC with distinction at the BPP University Law School. Paolo is admitted to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales.
