Patrick focuses his practice on litigation and dispute resolution in the construction industry. His experience spans commercial, contract, real estate, employment, and insurance defense matters in state and federal courts.

Patrick represents clients at all stages of litigation. He drafts and argues dispositive and discovery motions, including motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss. He also takes and defends expert and evidence depositions, develops and manages complex discovery, handles witness preparation, and negotiates settlements and other pretrial agreements.

On the transactional side, construction clients call on Patrick to analyze prime general contracts, master subcontract agreements, and project-specific agreements for projects of all sizes.

As a former student-athlete, Patrick maintains an interest in sports and entertainment law. As part of his litigation experience, Patrick successfully defended a high-profile men's basketball coach at a historic NCAA Division I intercollegiate men's basketball program during an NCAA investigation. In addition to civil defense, Patrick seeks to assist current and former athletes with financial affairs, intellectual property rights, and business endeavors.
