Patrick Maher is senior counsel in the Dallas office of Ogletree Deakins. He received a B.S. with highest honors from the University of Santa Clara and a J.D. with high honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was a Note & Research Editor on the Texas Law Review.
After graduation, Mr. Maher clerked for Judge Joseph Sneed on the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco. Mr. Maher is Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a past Chair of the State Bar of Texas Labor & Employment Law Section and of the Tarrant County Bar Labor & Employment Law Section. He previously served as Chair of the Council of Section Chairs and as a Section Representative to the Board of Directors of the State Bar of Texas.
