Paul Wight represents energy companies, operators and developers, electric utilities and power marketers on litigation, regulatory, compliance and transactional matters. He has litigated high-profile market design and operations disputes before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and U.S. Courts of Appeal. Paul has experience in all areas of electric utility, power and transmission regulation. He has advised companies on wholesale power and transmission matters, Independent System Operator (ISO) and Regional Transmission Organization (RTO) tariff and market design, interconnection services and cross-jurisdictional matters involving various regulatory bodies. He has led favorable settlements, defense and reforms of capacity markets in New England and in the PJM region.

Paul advises clients with a wide range of matters under the Federal Power Act. In addition, he works with companies on designing and implementing compliance programs and trainings for corporate executives and employees.
