Peyton Demith is an Associate in Vedder Price’s Chicago office, and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment group.

Mr. Demith focuses his practice on traditional labor law. He has experience in collective bargaining negotiations, grievance arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, recognition petitions, and other administrative matters. He also has experience advising on various labor and employment issues under the National Labor Relations Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Mr. Demith draws from this experience to help clients navigate their labor and employment issues while maintaining positive labor/management relationships.

Mr. Demith received his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he was a participant in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Intramural Competition and a member of the Dean’s Honor List.
